Improve your infant's communication, cognition, and sensory development while connecting with other local moms.
The first few months are vital to a child's overall development. Engaging with your baby and exposing them to various experiences and learning opportunities will help their growth. Our weekly Mommy & Me classes will focus on these critical aspects and discuss what you can do at home to support them. Your instructor will also provide suggestions to help your child as they grow beyond the infant years. It is never too early to start. Let us support both you and your baby.
Mommy & Me classes are for parents or caregivers of children age 0-6 months.
These weekly classes incorporate different activities your little ones will enjoy while providing education and training to support your peanut's development. Classes are also a great way to meet local parents.
Classes are currently held in Folsom.
The cost is $15 per 1-hour class.

Towel / blanket to lay your baby on
Any other personal items you may need (diapers, etc.)
If your baby naps during this window, you can still come. They can participate when they wake up, and there will be tons of learning opportunities for you in the meantime.
Your class instructor is Kristen Weitz, a fellow mother and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience who specializes in pediatric development.
When she isn't working with children to develop their communication skills, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching football and basketball, snowboarding, exercising, and being a self-proclaimed Speech Nerd.
